Dinner and Auction
Hopefully you are able to attend the dinner on Thursday night at the RV Country Club! If you did NOT receive a call or mailing to RSVP and do plan on coming, please call Amy Winans at 858-8192 to let her know ASAP. We have some AMAZING auction items for you! Don’t miss this event!
Here is the schedule:
5:00 – Doors Open / Silent Auction & hors'devours
6:00 – Dinner & Raffle
6:45 – Program Begins / speakers, video and introduction of celebrities
7:30 – Oral Auction

Golf Rules & General Information
Morning Round starts at 7:30
6:15 - Registration opens
Breakfast will be available
Please come early to register and hit balls to get warmed up
Red Robin lunches will be served after your round
Prizes and awards will be presented at approximately 6:30PM after the afternoon round. There will be finger foods drinks, and a no-host bar.
You are welcome to leave and return for the award presentation if you play the morning round.
Afternoon Round starts at 1:30

**If you are unsure of your tee time, please call 494-4444 and ask for Scott Hansen to verify your starting time
Format: Modified Shamble
**NOT A SCRAMBLE!**
Each player hits a tee shot and the best drive of the team is selected.
Each team must use a minimum of two drives from each player.
From the spot of the selected tee shot, each player in the foursome hits their second shot and continues to play their own ball to finish out the hole.
Each player will record their individual Gross score on the scorecard.
The adjusted Net score with handicaps will be calculated by the scorekeeper when you turn in your scorecard at the end of the round.
Scoring
Two balls will be used for the Net & Gross score on each hole.
For example, if the top gross score is 3, that same ball will not be counted as the Net score also. The next best ball will be counted as the Net score.Handicaps will be adjusted by percentages as follows:
4 man teams will use 80% of the total team handicap
5 man teams will use 60% of the total team handicap
The scorekeepers will calculate the Net scores at the end of your round.
