From Ashland/South of Medford (I-5 heading North):

  • Take Interstate 5, heading North

  • Take the Medford Exit 27 - Barnett Road.

  • Turn right off of the exit onto Barnett. Proceed on Barnett two miles until it intersects North Phoenix Road.

  • Turn right on North Phoenix Road.

  • Proceed on North Phoenix Road one mile and turn right into Centennial Golf Club.

From Medford/Grants Pass (I-5 heading South):

  • Take Interstate 5, heading North

  • Take the Medford Exit 27 - Barnett Road.

  • Turn left off of the exit onto Barnett. Proceed on Barnett two miles until it intersects North Phoenix Road.

  • Turn right on North Phoenix Road.

Welcome to the Chad Cota - Ronnie Lott Celebrity Golf Shootout.  The Chad Cota - Ronnie Lott Celebrity Golf Shootout will take place at the new Centennial Golf Club in Medford, Oregon.  The Cota - Lott Celebrity Golf Shootout at Centennial Golf Club in Medford, Oregon will be the first golf tournament at that golf course.  The Chad Cota - Ronnie Lott Celebrity Golf Shootout is a charity event to benefit FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) and All Stars Helping Kids, as well as other Southern Oregon based charities.
