Benz of Medford are committed to making a
significant difference in their community. Through
the Chad Cota Athletic Foundation the monies raised
will be dispersed to four great non profit
organizations.
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) has been
around the Nation for 52 years. It’s hearts desire
is to reach Coaches and Athletes and all they
influence for Jesus Christ. Jim Winans is the
Southern Oregon Area Director and has done some
exciting things with the monies raised from the past
two years. His desire is to provide more
scholarships to coaches and athletes for FCA camp,
along with other community outreach activities.
Ronnie Lott’s charitable foundation All Stars
Helping Kids support organizations that break the
cycle of poverty through education, providing
enriching opportunities for at-risk youth,
strengthen low-income families, and make life
brighter for children fighting life-threatening
illness.
Southern Oregon School Athletics have turned to,
“pay to play programs” and some of the athletes in
Southern Oregon can not afford to pay just to play
their favorite sport. These past two years we have
been able to pay for those athletes through your
support. Crater, Scenic Middle School, North
Medford, South Medford, Cascade Christian,
McLaughlin, Hedrick, Ashland High and Ashland
Middle School have all seen directly the results of
the monies raised. This year we hope to reach more
schools to come, and continued support of School
Athletics.
The Bulldog Boxing program has had unparallel
success in the Ring, and even more success out of
the ring. Joe and Jimmy Pirouette have poured their
lives into these boxers. They have instilled
discipline, truth, direction, skills, and most
important love these kids like their own. Mike
Wilson is the next Olympian in 2008. He has won 3
straight National Championships and is only one
example of greatness to come out of Bulldog Boxing.
